Shiro's my favorite Omakase place in all the U.S. I always stop by whenever I'm in Seattle.
ОтветитьReubens are supposed to be corned beef
ОтветитьI'm always so amazed as to how much food he consumes in one sitting! 😋 Yum
ОтветитьOnly Mike would have to eat a massive chicken bun just before going to eat another complete meal. I always feel sorry for whatever toilet he encounters next.
ОтветитьMIKE!! WHY DID YOU COME TO CAFÉ WHEN I WASN'T THERE!! I would have hooked you up.
ОтветитьCan you please stop the "sh" with everything you say??
ОтветитьThat first burger is way to rare. That would be for good for a steak, but a burger should be cooked to medium-well at the minimum. The texture is an absolute abomination otherwise.
ОтветитьThese prices are outrageous
ОтветитьThat burger was not medium it was raw
ОтветитьAs a South African and considering our exchange rate, 30 US Dollars is equivalent to R600 which is beyond out of this world for a single dish.
Was always curious ...when these guys say cheap and it cost nothing less than 10 dollars.
Lol! Me too.
ОтветитьI love Cafe Campagne. I think I even know about where you are sitting. When my companion lived in Seattle and I was in Portland we would go there periodically. I have never eaten at the fine dining Campagne but considering the quality of the cafe it has to be fantastic. There are basically no fine dining French in Portland right now but Seattle has a few great places, a couple of which I have been to. Le Gourmand is absolutely the most traditional. Bring an empty stomach for sure.
ОтветитьHmu next time I’ll show ya some spots
Ответитьraw burgers are disgusting ,have to be well done
ОтветитьLooking well Mikey! Xo from Canada 🇨🇦❤️
ОтветитьU're back in Seattle. U can eat all day at your favorite T&T in Factoria!
ОтветитьGreat first spot!
ОтветитьThat French cafes quiche was definitely pre-made & reheated...explains the over toasted top & sides...for that price, you would expect fresh..and $24 for french toast is insane. 😂
ОтветитьMee Sum Pastry and the Apple Cider stand are my go to places I hit whenever i go to Pikes. Pikes Place Chowder is also good. But without a doubt the best thing you can eat in Pikes Places is the Omakase at Sushi Kashiba.
ОтветитьThis nasty
ОтветитьEating in the hood today
ОтветитьMikey needs to make his way up north on the I-5 corridor and try everything up to Bellingham and Vancouver.
ОтветитьI’ve never heard oysters called refreshing. Lol
ОтветитьThat chicken bun looked insanely good! I love me some hand cut fries, too, and my pub I used to go to--Lochland's here in Dallas--has some wickedly good fries as well. But is it me or is Seattle wildly expensive?
ОтветитьMike, Washington will always be a favorite for you. Thanks for bringing us back.
Ответить14 USD for that yogurt Yikes
Ответить24 hours shilling a tourist trap.
ОтветитьHope you had a bottle of Pepto Bismol on you after you ate that burger, Mike.
ОтветитьHere in Cincinnati the Big Boy restaurants have served their hamburgers with Tatar sauce for years. I will admit when I first tried it I wasn’t a fan but now I love them.
Ответить8 dollars for that tiny amount of fries at the first place is crazy.
ОтветитьWe love you here in Washington Mike!
ОтветитьCrying in West Texan
God the burger and oysters place along with the sushi place looks so delicious 🤤 I wish we had fresh seafood sadly there’s just no way 😅
The greatest lie that society continues to perpetuate is Italian restaurants charging you $20+ for a pasta dish and people being okay with it but those same people expect Chinese dishes to be <$10.
Ответитьdip in duh sound
ОтветитьThat burger bun looked dry. I'm from the Seattle area and the prices in restaurants are just ridiculous
ОтветитьI did NOT enjoy that burger cross-section
ОтветитьI love Mee Sum Pastry, but get their beef curry and steamed BBQ pork bows.
And the only complaint about DeLaurenti’s pizza is the same as Mike…that the crust is too chewy to me, but crust is a big factor in how good pizza is. I don’t think it matters how fresh it is, unfortunately. I think it’s just an overworked dough.
Starting to blend together
ОтветитьLove the video. Only thing is that's bothering me it's when you slurp your pasta. It looks gross when you do that.
ОтветитьMy preferred place for pizza by the slice is Rocco’s on 2nd & Bell. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the market. Heads up tho, it is a bar so it is 21+
Ответитьok bro...thank you for spelling it correctly...there is no S in Pike Place Market! Great video thank you!
ОтветитьMan, I’m soooo sad!🥲 I’ve always wanted to meet you and you finally came to pike place again!😭🥲
ОтветитьHow is it possible to consume all of this food at once?!?!? Love u Mikey! Merry Christmas 🎁🎄
Ответить$10 for a cup of cider? No thanks.
ОтветитьI grew up on the Pacific Coast of the Olympic Peninsula
I thought that salmon and oysters and clams and Dungarees crab were just what we poor people ate who couldn't afford hotdogs. Only native American people and hippie beach bums at mussels. They were omnipresent and plentiful. I moved to Seattle in 81 and fancy restaurants were charging bank for 6 mussels 😮.
