How to activate my inoperative bank account

RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,

   I am kvb customer since 2014, i have availed personal loan for ?5.5 lakh on 23/11/25 from my govt salaried kvb account for which processing fee around ?19000 and insurance around ?6700.. Without even paying any due i have to pay around ?26000 for these charges which is around 5%. I didnt expect this much high fee. When compared with other banks these charge is too high. Kindly provide any solution.

 Despite of  in hand ?47000 central govt salary, they informed that my eligibility is just ?5.5 lakhs, for this i had approached local branch, provided salary slip for 6 months, bank statement for a year, physical presence for biometric and have to do with address & office verification..

 

 

On the other hand, in AXIS bank wherein i opened account just by the start of jan 2023, they provided loan for 5 lakhs without any sort of documentation or verify or physical presence with minimize processing fee. However i availed only for ?3 lakhs for which the processing fee and formalities cost around just ?4725.

 

In kvb, For 5.56 lakhs, procesing fee and formalities is ?25870

In axis bank, for ?3 lakhs, processing fee and formalities is ?4725

 

I am too disappointed with this much difference. Kindly attend the matter
