I think Sam Long knew today he'd be blown out the back on the swim, easy way to solve that is to get a full time swim coach, it doesn't always come down to the swim but to come out last at every race, well, only you can solve that conundrum.. you've got the other 2 like Lionel, maybe not get too emotional on yourself and work on your weakest discipline.
