Ok, first of all, the best type is ice type for me. My favorite is fairy type cause Gengar look so cute there.
Then, the most problem goes to Gastly. Gastly must change its name in few type, like in grass, electric, ground, psychic, steel, rock, bug, and fight, cause no gas right there. The last is gasly water type must be cool if u make a fog. Oh, you should make Gengar evolution line heavier in rock and steel type.
Over all, I like it.

Dude, it need to be dual types. Also bug type design is not good and fairy types looks like ice pokemon. Also what about gigantamax gengar??
