I feel like America needs to tackle our weight problem. We as a country are way too comfortable eating portions of food that could feed 2 families. The only people benefitting from the obesity in this country is the medical industry. Fast food restaurants should be forced to make their portions smaller; get rid of X Large & up. Process food should become much more limited & we should push better health & eating choices. For EVERYONE. You can’t make people get up and go to the gym but you can make people eat less

Why does alana move her head and neck back and forth and roll her eyes up into her head whenever she talks. Has a bad attitude problem. She tries to act funny but isn't cute anymore. Looks ridiculous.

If Geno told me if we eat healthy we could live longer and be together longer I would pass him the pizza, the fries, the hamburger and a cup of grease

I watched the season June lost weight, I knew June wasn't going to keep it off. Because she did it for the wrong reasons and just like the pain pills to drug's the signs was there. Before all the surgeries June had, on the show. She was taking stuff for all that weight on her bad feet from a tractor and all the money you spend on rings bracelets, food. You never saw june with a good pair of shoes always 3 dollar white roach killer's on

I wonder if its in their contacts to do the nasty stuff they do. Alana can try and act happy & say its what's in the inside. B.S. You ask anyone how they met most will say they saw that find thang over there

I have diabetes and it is NOT something that you take lightly .It can get high enough the blood shurger can be poisoning and can kill you. Weight problems, pregnancy, constant bad food habits, hereditary are the cause for diabetes. Symptoms are weight loss or weight gain, dizziness, increased thirst and constant bathroom trips.

Diabetes is her last concern eating like crap all the time... You can get cancer, heart disease & liver disease. Even thin people have to worry about eating fruits & veggies. Also, Thin people think just bc they are thin that it equals healthy... Nope. Eating right most of the time will elevate your health. I'm not saying not to ever eat something not as gods for you ever. But we need keep an eye on it is all.

I was thinking that since she was on dancing with the stars juniors, and DWTSJR pro rylee arnold just got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, maybe she'll take that more seriously since i know they were friends during that time. I think in her case she'd care more so if a good friend got diagnosed rather than a dead beat dad. And since theyre about the same age they have more in common and it shows her that kids can get it too. But i also dont blame her for the way she eats bc of her poor role models as parents, and for what her parents have put her through to make her say in one episode that food never lets her down and its how she copes. Thank god she has pumpkin and josh to help steer her in the right direction.

Coming from a diabetic type 1 its seriously upsetting to come to realization that you have more things to worry about and you "CANT" have what u want how much u want and it takes a toll on the body and mind . 💜😭 my sons might have it if id known that during pregnancy i would never have kids

I’m t1 diabetic which means my body doesn’t produce insulin. I see Alana may have type 2 not 1... if she’s eating the way she is then she could have type 2. I don’t think she would have type one
