I will try for 1week, 2times in a day. No diet plan, just every morning empty stomach 1 luke warm lemon water.
Day1- ✅✅ it was easy
Day2- ✅✅ started to have pain in upper waist, and even the neck😢
Day3- ✅✅ my upper waist pains like hell☠️. It was so difficult to do because of the pain🤥,still i finished my today's task.
I remembered i forgot to take my measurements 🥲🥲
Lets take today's measurements 😁
Upper waist- 26 inch
Lower waist- 30 inch.
Day4- ✅✅ puff💀 it becomes Little bit easier🥴.. but still while doing this exercises it's pain (my upper waist)😢
Day5- ✅ I did only one time. it was very easy.. with no pain.. as I did only one time
Day6- ✅✅

Ответить이거 진짜 효과 굳임. 운동하는거 진짜 짱 싫어하는데 이 운동은 짧고 하고나고 그닥 힘들지도 않은데 개운한 느낌까지 있어요. 그리고 진짜 전체적으로 어께부분이 펴짐! 며칠만 해봤는데 효과 나타났어요.
