When Unity and Adobe will be integrated with Dall E or Midjourney than this problem can be rectified. Actually, Unity and Adobe can create variations of hands art through Lambda functions if generated in response and continuous Synchronisation will provide 3D results.

If you trained ai on hand images in every position possible, it would generate decent hands. But not perfect. But if Trained, it it understands how a hand works in a 3D environment, then it would generate hands perfectly. But right now, we only generate from other pictures. But if we could train ai in a 3D environment, train it on the body's hands and objects. We can generate perfect or 95% perfect pictures because the ai would have an understanding of how these things work in the real world.
