You missed the operating system issues. I feel like its not as great as everyone says, i find myself repeating things cause the device bugs or even just restarting the devices just to clear ram. I had a literal clear ram button on my samsung home page and never fails to smooth out the speed of my phone without having to reset it.

Sim tray is why I stopped buying iPhones and started buying OnePlus.
It says something when a Chinese company still gives Americans what they want, and an American company cough choke gag screws America by taking sim trays, yet the rest of the planet still has them.
At this point, I’m not sure I’d buy an iPhone even if they did bring sim trays back. They fracked America over once already, who’s to say they wouldn’t do it again in a heartbeat.

I've had apple before in my life(Iphone 5s), and it was one of the worst products I've ever had.

1.) It takes about three hours to charge halfway.

2.) They barely even have any storage or ram in them.

3.) They use the older stuff that other companies used, like cameras, which were available since 1999

Last iPhone was the mk1 SE, I still have it & use it as a media player in my car. The loss of the heaphone jack is a deal breaker for me. I have decent if old heaphones & aux port on (again an old but decent) car stereo & refuse to change them just based on connectivity. When my current Samsung eventually dies I guess it'll be back to a separate phone & MP3 player. If I can find one....

Like 15 years ago Apples has been really outstanding competition. Like 2x more battery life in much thinner (and very solid) case. Plus outstanding display quality and ... upgradability. Since then other manufactures did copy Macbooks, and also technology progressed. So now, actually I don't need the best processor, just average does a good job. What counts for me is a solid case, good display (OLED), SSD upgradability (CPU and RAM can ba soldered), and no glued battery.

nothing really. apples basically perfect. closed os, black logic board, premium design, no fragmentation, no cheapness, and very fast. all i would do is probably make them more powerful. how i would fix smasnug - discontinue their phones, tablets, computers, watches, and headphones. only focus on the parts, appliances and accessories. how i would fix microsoft - discontinue windows. how i would fix google - delete android and brick all android phones
