ОтветитьThank so much for all the awesome ideas. Inner thighs are usually so hard to work unless you have a machine that is designed for it. Since I work out at home, it is much harder to figure out ways to work the inner thighs because of the positioning you usually have to get into. But these are all great ideas that make it a lot more manageable. Awesome video.

ОтветитьHola Jessica ALL are hot fire flames exercise I can choose I won't choose which one is my favorite. Once again looking hot fire flame. Brilliant on the paper plates. Thank you for showing your back while doing the inner thigh scissors lifts. I Think you should promote more of these exercise as there are many people that have inner thigh rubbing because of so much fat. Hope that makes sense. Also, God bless the babys.

ОтветитьI am 37, I have been big all my life. Have 6 kids. I need to tone inner thighs, saggy butt, stomach, and saggy arms. I need to lose weight again also. How many reps should I start with? What should I do for arms, stomach?
