Im tired working like a slave in the company
ОтветитьThe worst is when you get promoted and realize the promotion is a trap and even though you give it a try its not working out so you ask to step down, however, the person who promoted you was banking on you to excell and succeed. Because you ask to step down, they resent you.
So you get mistreated. After doing nothing but the best you can.
Amazing information.
I'm at a job in which many of my coworkers do as little as they can.
The communication on behalf of the management is is horribly dysfunctional.
As a result clients are often so angry that problems are not resolved it continually falls on employees that do not have the tools and information to help in fixing the issue's.
The "2 minutes of explanation" has been done very poorly. If Mel Robbins was my boss .....I would quit very quickly.
.
Help!!! Every job I get it's the same thing.
ОтветитьOk then help me with this...I worked for a company for 5 years..I showed up every shift I also worked other peoples shifts.. making my week a 7 day week this happened regularly..I set a standard for the work department I was assigned to improve it a lot...I did all the extra jobs asked of me..I would turn up early and not charge for that time..I really put so much in and never had a holiday or time off other than the days they delegate.. even helped them with looking for and buying a work vehicle for the company...after doing all this I got a injury from over doing it a bit... unfortunately I had to take time Off the injury happened at work..on my return to work I find my position has been given to someone else and my shifts are extremely minimal lost 20 hours out of 24... and now I'm the one who just doesn't have the enthusiasm I did before..am I in the wrong thinking that way now or not..
ОтветитьI actually enjoy my work, my coworkers are awesome, the environment is nice and safe, the hours are good, the schedule is great. However the absolute worst thing that I hate about my job is the clientele!! Oh my, God, do I just want to punch the snobbishness and entitlement out of them. Now, of course majority of customers are nice, but like 40% of the people I deal with have some of the most stuck up attitudes I have ever dealt with. I’m convinced that people are genuinely never happy, it sucks cause those 40% people tend to REALLY bring down my day. I come home and I literally lay on my bed for a few hours JUST to decompress from all that negativity. I’ve been with this company for a few years and it’s always the same, the people just get to me. I don’t understand how people can look down on other human beings like that. Anyway, I am legitimately laying in bed rn contemplating whether I should quit or not and I keep going back and fourth.
ОтветитьI dont know whats happened in the work world its foul now
Ответитьwho are you talking to?
ОтветитьI just walked away from my job today I was working for 20 people they had no problem saying “I’m the man” “your the greatest” “your the best” but when things hit the fan and one of their management team screw up they want to put the blame and destroy my reputation once I doubled back and did give the performance I use to get now I’m “so yesterday” “you use to be the best” “now your slow” nope I shouldn’t have to keep coming to work wasting my talents and gifts on people who don’t value me I’m go and pursue my dreams which is being a content creator
ОтветитьI hate my job at UPS. It's nightshift labor unloading trucks. Been doing it for 10 years. The nightshift litetally destroys yiur health, takes away ability to have a social life etc etc. The environment is toxic. I think it's time to quit 😅
ОтветитьRULE #1: Corporations don't give a $^&& about you!
ОтветитьI have two colleagues with bad energy and unresolved BS that I have worked with for 25 years. One does as little as you let him, and will complain if you ask for anything and then do it poorly. The other has OCPD and will not let people work.
It was good enough for 17 years, because I could work as hard as I wanted and return the natural results of value creation, while the lazy guy did nothing, and the OCPD guy focused on his one overcomplicated project per year. But then the OCPD guy finagled his way into management during a reorganization and everything ground to a halt. It's a very frenetic, chaotic halt, at that. Meaning even though NOTHING is getting done, it's always an emergency.
The saddest thing is that it is the most amazing field of VR/AR, 3D, Game Engines, etc, and we are all stuck making PowerPoints, helping people turn on PowerPoint, and going to meetings where we the OCPD guy talks through his own PowerPoints all day discussing the same things over and over like anything will change.
Actually, the saddest thing is I can't just "Break Up" and be "Single" as I look for a better job, because this relationship currently pays my mortgage.
Cool video! It is very important for any person to find something to strive for and fight for no matter what the circumstances. Once you set the right goal for yourself, making decisions will be easy and fun. What used to seem like an excruciating chore will turn into an enjoyable activity. Go where your labour will be needed! Go where there is money and where your work will be decently paid! Sooner or later you will have to co-operate with people of different nationalities and cultures. To make your business successful, you should learn a foreign language. I would like to recommend to you Yuriy Ivantsiv's workshop "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips on learning foreign language". This book will help you to structure and organise your individual language learning process, will give you the opportunity to independently determine the methodology of language learning, which will become interesting and unburdensome. In this amazing book everyone will find a lot of useful information: how to learn foreign languages, how to memorise information, how to deal with culture shock, what to pay attention to when travelling to another country. I am convinced that the book "Polyglot Notes" should be in the bag of every business person, school and college student, and tourist. The most important thing is that the book gives a good motivation. Don't be afraid to do something to realise your dreams! If people realised that fears have no connection with reality, everyone would live a much better life. Thanks to the author of the channel for the informative and useful video. Your videos motivate me and give me new ideas!
Ответитьwhat?
ОтветитьI just joined a restaurant and the senior staff like to shout at me because I’m new in front of other calleagues or customers. This person isn’t even a supervisor or manager. And busy time everything is such a mess and everyone (except me) start their moody syndrome. Hence, I’m going to resign from this job and will speak to my manager soon. It’s a pity because the customers are so nice and the pay is pretty high but sadly what a toxic work environment.
ОтветитьThis is a little idealistic - in tech a lot of the jobs are fundamentally flawed to begin with. The only job that I see myself succeeding and being happy for any period of time is self employment.
ОтветитьNot a fan of the idea that the job being like a personal relationship. Are personal relationships that transactional? Maybe in America. Glad I don't live there anymore.
ОтветитьOr you get paired with a crappy training mentor
ОтветитьMy job is taking more than its giving and its putting such a strain on me to make sure that the wheels of the relationship are greased and flowing well.
ОтветитьUnfortunately you are expected to know everything and to take serious decisions to meet people's wishes which might affect their safety and health in every situation
ОтветитьI started a new role a couple of months ago. When the supervisor met with me to see how everything was going i said i wanted to interview for a different role bc it would be a better fit. Today was told that i didn’t get the role i interviewed for as well as them telling me they were going to proceed with an exit strategy. That they said things that were not true during the meeting. Even though i wasn’t happy with the role, training, and their disorganization. For some reason i still feel bad that they handled this so wrong and forced me to resign. I was going to resign this week anyway due to the fact that i got a position at a different company. But for some reason the rejection at my current company and the lies told during the meeting still bother me. But it was definitely time to part ways.
ОтветитьHmm I think of a few people that should watch this 😂
It’s one has to do with cars and it’s something you do with it in the park 😂 ing lot park her 😂
The other has a famous name on a business magazine rhymes with orbs but has an F 😂
If a woman treats a job like a relationship it means that they want more out of it than they put in.
ОтветитьWhat I hate about my job is the amount of time people waste just like this video in getting to the fckng point.
ОтветитьI feel like a first date is kind of like a job interview. If they don’t show up, red flag.
ОтветитьAll jobs are terrible thats why they called jobs and not something else
ОтветитьToday I got up at 9 am. Then I went for a walk, it's a nice summer day, why not? Now I'm fixing lunch. Then I might take a nap. It's Monday. I'm NOT playing nice with people and bottling up my frustration. I say whatever I want to whoever. Yep, I'm retired! And the best part is you're not :)
ОтветитьThe most privileged being to ever exist in the history of the universe giving life advice
ОтветитьI like my job, I've been there for 6 mos and am thriving, they just don't pay me enough for the mental stress.. I'm already more knowledgeable than some seasoned employees. I've asked for a merit increase... so we shall see. My resume is updated lol
ОтветитьAs long as the rich and corpeRAT America control us you are part of the revival of the feudal system.
They really want the company store.
Husband/wife is a relationship.
Boss/employee is what we do to keep the roof over our heads.
This sounds like the promotion of put your hand out instead of suck it up buttercup, reality 101 just smacked you in the back of the head.
I love my job. It f-u-c-k-s me everyday
Ответитьthe interviewer looks like si got makeup in her eyes and is suffering in silence
ОтветитьWorking a job is the most unnatural thing a human could do regularly, you might be happy for a time but eventually all jobs suck; because we're not meant to work a job 8,9 or 12 hours a day. We've accepted this as the norm but it's not normal at all.
ОтветитьAre you the voice of Bart Simpson?
Ответитьbullshit! Just do your job make money and take care of you and your family. Life's not that complicated. Fuck this utopian bullshit!
ОтветитьTry 7am -7:10 pm in a loud dirty factory with no benefits.
Yes they make you stand in line an extra ten minutes to clock out, after working 12 hours. Coming back so physically exhausted you can only eat, then sleep. People talking about 9-5? This is reality for alot of American factory's with temp workers.
Finally hurt my foot badly from overuse and quit.
I literally hate the team I’m on
ОтветитьThere aren't enough dream jobs to go around you know? Some of us no matter how many jobs we go through will be employed somewhere we hate that gives us nothing but a check, stress amd anxiety. Period.
ОтветитьYes first time i walked out of a job because of this nightmare..good bye horrible boss
Ответить💔😭❔️❔️❔️❔️
ОтветитьI love how she said absolutely nothing
ОтветитьI had to stop watching because the mic kept wiggling.
ОтветитьEvery day I come to work & I feel I can do better & I can achieve better.
ОтветитьMost jobs are like marriages that don’t work out. It’s like your life has to revolve around your job. Have to drive far out for them. They take up all your time. At the end of the day/week you feel so drained. Usually results in seeking another relationship with someone new that feels better.
ОтветитьWhat is even more interesting is that the underperformers or not so stellar leaders get promoted.
ОтветитьThis is great
Ответитьthat microphone looks like a dildo
ОтветитьBut what do you do when you want to quit ALL jobs? What if every. single. one you find is horrible? That's been my working life since 2008.
ОтветитьUpper management give us crappy training and expect us to know stuff they never taught us. The communication sucks
Ответить
