I feel like the people with a lot of activated gates in the spleen, or is a defined spleen center, they are FULL of fear. It stops them from living their lives, when the fear is NOTelegraphing the truth.

Very interesting, ive a undefined spleen with gate 50 and 28. I am in constant fear and I really dont know. Now , that im interested in HD, I think that was and is the problem. I am not centered. I am literally always in a fight flight freeze and don't want this anymore. thank you for the advice!
