Buyer Lead Follow-Up - Close More Real Estate Deals!

In today's free training video for real estate agents we look at one of my favorite text message campaigns for buyer leads. First we use our local MLS (in this case Garden State MLS) to pull up the freshest real estate listings in our market. We then switch over to our branded kvCore website and reference the same property for sale. Finally we use the Messages App on our iMac or other Apple device to send the interactive kvCore listing page to our prospect.

As real estate agents, the money is always in the follow-up! I like to use manual text campaigns to supplement my email drip campaigns for higher conversion rates.
