Listen, I abhor manipulation. But I've always had an interest in understanding people.

At the age of 20, I was a few years into college, working full-time,
I had just started my first business when Manipulation arrived unexpectedly at my door for the very first time. A friend introduced me to a young man about my age
She described him as transparent, honest, and thoughtful.
Those are all traits that I value.

I couldn't figure out why I felt confused. I started doubting my memory, my thoughts, my own judgment, and I began to think that I was crazy.

When you are honest, and capable, straightforward, self-sufficient.
a tenacious problem solver it can be hard to recognize manipulation;
especially if you easily empathize with other people,or the person is really practiced at manipulating.

Here is what I learned and taught my daughter:
You can't rationalize, bargain, compromise, negotiate, assist,
help, love, or maneuver manipulation.
The only response to manipulation is silence.
I can't tell you how terribly thankful I am for the opportunity to study manipulation firsthand.

It's the reason I'm more astute than many people that I know and, what makes me a really good negotiator.

are affected by emotional abuse.

Emotional Manipulation is in schools, the workplace, and at home.
