Thank you for explanation but I don't understand Verification part because what I know about verification is reviewing documents before the actual product is made. After the product is ready, then validation comes in to check if it performs as expected. However, what you gave in your example is including the check if the product works fine (turning on/off TV) on verification. This part actually should be called as Validation as far as I have studied so far. This was confusing for me as a beginner so I wish you may clarify my confusion.
