My uncle was diagnosed with it this year also in February. When I tell you nothing is the same anymore especially when he’s your favorite uncle I mean nothing is the same anymore. I understand what she’s going through it is so hard to see the love of family or close friends go through this. but sad to have it really is

My grandmother suffered from Alzheimer's. I saw firsthand how it changed her, and I cried it seems like everyday. Just to see my grandmother who had so much energy. Slowly couldn't even recognize who we were. It was very scary and it hurt myself and family to see her go through this.

Prayers for aunt Bertha and family, love ❤️ her.

She reminds me of my mother. The last couple of months my mother has been experiencing dementia. It’s a blessing to be able to have conversations with her still even if she can’t put it all together. It’s really heartbreaking but I still have her here with me. She will be 100 in July God willing. Bless you all and just enjoy anything that you can still grab on to from her.

My mommy had dementia, she fell down a flight of stairs years ago and the Dr’s think that’s what brought on the dementia years later. My sister and I took care of her but it’s a horrible HORRIBLE disease!! My mommy passed in 2021 and I miss her so much😢😢😢😢. Very independent woman, Sargent with the Dept of Corrections, all around Awesome mother, grandmother, daughter, aunt and friend. Truly missed. Prayers up for Kandi and family.
