I watch this video every day, this house is amazing ✨✨

I think the location is amazing, but the front house with every single room, the first yard and the second house are completely waste of material. It looks like the architects had something in mind, then the inner architects did something completely else to all the rooms and then the people who lived there chose a third way of how to use the things.
8mio for this location seems very low, but on the other hand, you also have to admit, that you have to tore everything down and build back from scratch - which not just takes a lot of money and you need architects and staff for it, it also takes a lot of time until you can use this property. If the previous owners are cleaning off the whole property for me, I would love to invest 8mio here and build my own home.

Oke now this is actually a we furnished modern yet COZY house unlike those big gigantic mansions with unnecessary things it feels like a home where i get out of bedroom and meets up with living room+ kitchen + dining area altogether and I don't have to walk miles just loveee the design architect and everything it isn't big or gigantic but really COZY and comfortable

If I’m ever in the position to buy a house like these ones I’m literally saying to the owners I’ll buy it if enes tours it first 😂 to be fair if I ever get that chance would be amazing lol has anyone ever bought a house you’ve toured just because of the videos you make?
