One nitpick numbers wise...Four to a flush, on 10 hand, average isn't going to be 2 to 3 flushes...9 cards make the flush out of 47...so, roughly, 1 in 5.2 hands, So you are just under getting 2 flushes on average on a 4 card draw. 2 in between 10 and 11 hands. Three is a massive, guys...good things happen with 3 flushes pop out of that hold...

I really liked the jet talk, being in the industry. I was surprised to hear how much Matt knows about it. When you started talking about part 91 (k) vs 135 I realized you have done some research. Would be very interesting to see someone develop the service to make flight legs more efficient. However, most planes/owners cannot just lease the plane and hold out to the public without getting into legal trouble. PS. pilots do appreciate a tip $100-200 is very appropriate.
