Quanto e di più bello dipinto che di una persona , quanto è più vera la realtà della stessa vita e quanto e più reale la verità del vero crederci.

Ответитьnice.. may i know the background music name n artist?
ОтветитьI love the fact that you showed the reference... ❤
ОтветитьI always drew the eye lock line above the eye shape I will try to do It inside the shape like you and maybe it will look better
Ответить❤
Ответитьi'm sorry for being the asshole here , but although the drawing looks great , it looks nothing like a realistic replica of the photo and the porpotions are completely off , useful method for expressive portraits and all , but merely useless when it comes to realism
ОтветитьThank you, not a word, just music and demonstration. Step by step, I stopped went back a few times, but I didn't mind because the music was equally satisfying to listen to.
ОтветитьCreating a own style from references is totally unique, Thank you for your sharing this wonderful art of yours 😊
ОтветитьThe best tutorial 🎉
ОтветитьThis is crazy, if you go cross eyed when looking at the video thumbnail all the line perfectly overlap the photo. Its phenomenal
ОтветитьWhen you first drew the nostril why did you draw the line above it angling down to the bottom left of the nose? It didn’t resemble the nose from the picture to me… not judging just a beginner and it’d help to understand. Thanks!
Ответитьwhat do you use as a pen pls ?
ОтветитьLots of neck wrinkle
Ответить❤❤❤🙏
Ответитьreally admirable
ОтветитьThey make it look so easy but it's very difficult in practice. Also the Loomis method is difficult with real people because the foundation he uses to build faces on is very rigid and real faces differ in proportion and not all are alike meaning they often wont fit with the ball method he uses.
ОтветитьI would like to show my drawing because I would like to know where my mistakes are. Thank you so much for your help 😂❤
Ответить❤
Ответитьmusic?
ОтветитьThankyou for this technique. It will help me a lot. So much easier this way.👏👏👏
ОтветитьReally good video, I've wanted to draw my whole life and did a little as a teenager but now I'm retired and wanting a hobby. I have a Loomis book coming in and this really helped me to grasp some of what I am in far. Thanks
ОтветитьMy technique is to measure everything. The shading is a problem for me😂
ОтветитьNo. However "good" the method, the sketch doesn't look like the girl.
ОтветитьLooks easy but the way pencil is flowing comes after years & years of practice & understanding your own artistic skills..
ОтветитьWhose music is this? Love it
ОтветитьWhat paper do u use?
ОтветитьFor everyone searching the song: Wanderlust from AK. Love that you share your drawings!
ОтветитьLoomis would correct the photo distortion and he would reduce the size of the nose, as it doesn’t benefit the sitter. He was a very beauty and harmony oriented artist. I own all his books I could find, and he always instructed to improve the photo as the eye of a camera has its limitations. His books were written over 60 years ago, but nowadays the photo distortions have become an unattractive norm :enlarged noses and elongated or deformed faces. Next time before you mention Loomis method fix the photo or your interpretation of it. Good luck!
ОтветитьWho is she
ОтветитьDon’t listen to that dumbass it’s really helpful

ОтветитьThis drawing is riddled with inaccuracies. The hair line is too high, the eyes are at the wrong angle, the nose too bulbous. The whole angle of the head is off. Adherence to the method is taking away your ability to see properly.
ОтветитьCan you tell me the name of this music/song pls😊😊😊
ОтветитьI make portraits using Lumos method, but if someone came in front of me, I would get confused as to how to use Lumos method
ОтветитьI’m following your method. It’s very helpful. Thanks
ОтветитьWoh ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤💌💋👍😘
ОтветитьOld man or babys Loomis method lao
ОтветитьWhy some hate this method its very helpfull you need imagination on this method and no need to hurry i can do this method need more practice
ОтветитьMy only disappointment was that I was really looking forward to seeing the finished article, fully shaded, but I guess shading is another topic all together, and this is a free tutorial for which I'm grateful for, and it's certainly interesting to watch. I know you said in answer to another question asking what paper you used, you said A4, but what's your preferred thickness for pencil drawing, as in GSM? I know the tooth can still vary, and it can be a case of trial and error.
ОтветитьNice ,but it should be more accurate..wider face, bigger eyes..ect
Ответить❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьReally nice finish. One thing, I see you using the eraser a lot, you’re committing to hard lines quite early in the process without drawing lighter ones first, you shouldn’t really require an eraser if your preliminary lines were softer
ОтветитьAp konsi pepar use korte ho😊
ОтветитьExcellent!!!
Thanks!!! ❤
So we draw a loomis circle blocks on the reference first?
ОтветитьGod this is cringe AF now, innit? Russell's tripe has always been difficult to take, but it's downright intolerable now.
ОтветитьHere is a little advice on what you got wrong: the eyes are a little too big and too far up and the ear is a little out of proportion. Yet I dont want to hate at all !! Amazing piece of art. Keep it up :)
ОтветитьIs there a Loomis technique that works with animals??
ОтветитьIn what way?
IS this an explanation
