ОтветитьEnjoy your videos Becky👍🏻 salads are my favourite meal on my LCHF lifestyle. Feta cheese and bacon, chicken and bacon,tuna or tinned salmon are the ones I have most. I’ve often wondered wether I can eat radishes in my salads????
ОтветитьI saw Dr. Becky on a TED talk about low carb diet for diabetics. I was glad to see this u tube channel. I am diabetic and the use of healthy oils, decreasing carbs and using the healthiest carbs I can find has helped me keep my A1C below 6.5, I still take medication, but it is the same medicine and I am not on insulin after 10 years. Thank you Dr. Becky

ОтветитьHi. I started keto in December2018 , I no more craving for sugar, I crave for salty things now. I eat eggs and salads ,chicken and lots other veg. today i had two eggs fried in butter and greens on the side. But after I finished eating straight aways I felt sick and threw up. I'm not pregnant . Is my body fed up with eggs ???

ОтветитьHi Dr Becky.. I'm 2 months into the Keto diet AND your daily habits.. Honestly, I can't eat lunch, I think about 90% of the time, I'm so full from my breakfast that I just can't eat lunch, and when I do eat lunch, I'm so full from lunch that I have a hard time eating dinner. GOOD right? Well, I can't get part of those 4 habits: 1 Large Salad and 2 Cups of veggies. LOL I'm just so full that I can't.. Is this ok? I love how I feel, I'm not bloated any longer, but I also feel like I'm not loosing. I'm scared of the scale, I just can't get on it. When I do eat a Salad, it's certainly not 4 cups of leafy greens, it's about 1 1/2. I can't eat all that.. HELP, lol

I just love all of the helpful content on your channel. I love a good salad and was wondering, how much healthy oil should I use for my salad daily. Normally I have at least 3 cups of leafy green, a 1/4 cup celery and 1/4 cup cucumber. Is two tablespoons to much? Yes, I am on Keto and over 60.

ОтветитьYes, you can eat the entire egg. Hmm, nature got it right again. Also, eggs contain Choline which is good for you, but I am not sure why. Lots of what we are taught in the past is just not accurate. Surprising how much we had wrong. I think eggs may help boost good cholesterol, but not sure. I think the more cholesterol we ingest, the less our bodies make. Eggs are very nutritious. My dogs enjoy some scrambled eggs at times. *limited amts and they eat healthy dog foods mainly

Ответитьjust wondering what you think of how the French eat . Not sure how much obesity they have but they do eat bread and pastries. Sane with the chinese traditional diet ... alot of rice. I don't think until recently they had an obesity problem.
ОтветитьFor years I've used the Good Seasons packet with Braggs acv, water and olive oil, but now I use avacado oil instead of olive oil.

I toast my walnuts in large batches in a cast iron skillet without oil -it takes less than 10 minutes to lightly stir the walnuts around -they toast up to a golden brown and the flavor is fabulous. I use walnuts on salads and also on Fage Grrek yogurt with fruit -delicious ! Enjoy ✨

ОтветитьI'm not a great planner, so far, but I always make at least two low-carb salad dressings (one Ranch and one Dijon vinaigrette) ahead of time so I have enough for the week. Great info in your videos! Thanks!!
