Thats so LOL.....u hit something REALLY smooth - and the drone break - as always. DJI moved to all that "normal" people, to sell their drones. but the drone will not last that long. there not rigged enough to fly real fpv....another useless DJI product

In watching all the time used making settings changes, is there a way to to put backup power on it to save battery while you do all these change stuff? Love that you cleared up a couple of my concerns, especially since mine will be here on the 21st of the most.

For everyone. 20 mph is 3 minutes per mile. For quick estimates
2 miles out--- you need minimum of 6 minutes to get back. So start picking a spot to land. Makes it easier to find the drone to sit down early.

This is my fifth time watching this one since I finally unboxed, charged and updated mine now! WOW~I got the Fly More combo, and using a silver inked Sharpie, numbered my batteries to balance the charges/cycles more evenly. It’s surprising how that organization helps. YES, I think I said I’d do first practice in my garage, and SLOWLY flew around it to get comfortable with maneuvering it. Nectar really hit anything except when I flew a little to high about a crossover beam where the downdraft suction made it suck towards the ceiling for a second, will have to practice in the house one day. Hey, watching this for the 4th time BEFORE I even got mine delivered! Now watching the 5th, I did my very first in the GARAGE! Only flown the Mini 3 and 4 Pro, so these controls are totally foreign to me! WAS gonna try goggles with Mini 4 Pro, but went right to my A-2. Been so apprehensive on flying FPV, I don’t have an observer so have to fly in totally secure locale for now. Getting use to the new sounds too…may take a while. Thanks again!

Excellent video. I now realize that I've been too timid with my Avata 2. Your video showed me just what it was capable of in terms of those "threading the needle" shots. It's crazy to think that as fast as you were screaming around in sports mode, the Avata 2 will do 60mph in manual mode with the controller 3. The remote is definately going on my Santa list. I'm also curious what effect the ND filters will have on the camera. Supposedly it allows you to get some good motion blur. Your property is beautiful, by the way, and really added to the demo. Thanks for posting.

I use the Avata 1 for real estate shots. What sucks though is you can't take straight down shots without seeing props. I wish you would have shown the full tilt of what the camera can do and shows.. cause the Avata 1 shows WAY TOO MUCH propeller when you look straight down.. you did kind of show it at one point, but then you cut the video off.

What is the max speed and max distance?

Yours has much better range then mine. I can't watch any of the 4k footage. My tvs and computer are newer and nothing I have can watch the 4k footage. Am I the only one with this problem?

Can this drone be used as more than a fpv drone like the things the other dji drones do?

Great practical demonstration of the type of flying that is possible with the Avata 2 using the motion controller 3. It would be great if you could do videos demonstration the sport mode, especially in open and mountainous terrain, with the focus of getting smooth cinematic 4K footage in great light :-)

Net terrible at all. You only crashed what? 3 times? Chipped bottom VA sensors, chipped rear wide angle sensors. 1 prop. Not inviting you into my crystal collection room any time soon, Dustin. Thanks for the Avata 2 series. I finally bought one arriving today, but added Controller 3 so I can do full manual, 10 minutes after my first flight. LOL. More like 10 weeks, lol.

Thinking about getting back into flying again i had 5inch quads,and fatshark hdos ,with tbs cross fire i had over 8k in race drones and accessories, sold all of it because of remote id,i fly recreational around my house and parks,just wondering if im able to fly this without this flyzone,meaning can i just set it up and go fly,im here in United states.

First I got the Avata 1 Fly more combo with the goggles integra.

Last week I purchased the Avata 2 drone only and connected it successfully with my existing goggles and motion 2 controller. Because of bad weather here, I only flew in my apartment 😁

Can't wait to take it outdoors in nature and forest to fly like a bird 😃

Just bought this drone today and honestly took a large chunck from my wallet but it dont matter cuz rhis thing is friking sick. It literally feels like rhose Ukraine war fpv videos but just like wayyyy better and more controllable
