This video is from a prerecorded class that focuses on the fundamentals of yoga and breathwork, providing plenty of variations to make yoga accessible for all students. Students receive step-by-step instructions emphasizing developing a safe home practice including stability and alignment. We move slowly, focusing on our breath while using lots of props to achieve proper alignment and help heal our bodies. Although focused on beginners, this class is for everyone; even advanced students will enjoy the focus on alignment.

Suggested equipment: Comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, a towel, a strap or belt, and a yoga block or two if you have it
