Thanks for the stream, will catch up on the first half
ОтветитьAs I was trying to say, as the stream was ending, you might be able to get the same output to two separate devices with something running dual gp2040-ce boards. Brooks makes a retro board that than be connected to their fighting board via a bridge cable. Aside from additional wiring sharing power between the two devices, the cable itself simply takes the 20pin Brooks connector and routes it to both devices.
The same should apply to the gp2040-ce, in which case the bridge would simply act like a splitter, sending a completed signal to both devices. Which would be why you'd need two of them. Keep in mind I'm only talking theoretical, as I'm not sure if there'd be any load issues. If you wanna take my idea and run with it, I'd suggest reaching out to the open source arcade stick community. As they'd probably know if what I suggested would be possible or if it'd damage both devices.
EDIT:
I thought of one possible hangup, doing it like that, a shared ground between both devices.
Congrats on the review! Your channel has been my choice to follow up this Mr alternative ❤
ОтветитьDid he happen to give you a date the clone will be sold on the recently launched site? Also thanks for the review and info!
ОтветитьThis is awesome can't wait to order! Would be cool if he sold his own JAMMA adapter but those are already $83 on Ali so idk if it would be any cheaper.
ОтветитьI couldn't be there but I watch the replay with lot of pleasure! The fact you can just swap the sd card without any fiddling is so awesome!
Ответитьyou should put Mister Pi in the title so its easier to find on search
ОтветитьYou should test if a mister goes out of sync with another mister. I would not be surprised ;)
Anyway the new board/setup looks good - and Taki didn’t insult anyone in the process and no one got blocked on X lol
❤❤❤
❤❤❤
Taki hit a home run with this product.
ОтветитьConfused by the 'Pi' in the name here, there's no Raspberry Pi involved with an FPGA, right?
ОтветитьAny idea of this can be connected to a crt tv via rgb scart?
ОтветитьWhat psu are you using for the mister pi? I see on the site they recommended 5v2a psu ... do we know if its ok to use a 5v4a psu with this?
ОтветитьIt's not a real review if you don't have to pay for it and clearly want more goodies from this guy in the future.
ОтветитьGood Video 👍
Let 2 Mister run the same Game and Look that IT run sync Timing.
what an asinine name...
ОтветитьNo scanlines...
ОтветитьWhen I thought your Japanese was bad.... It is Panzer Dragoon ZWEI (TSU WA I), not ZOUI.
ОтветитьThis is pretty incredible. Great job showcasing the Pi bro
ОтветитьHow can you get this thing?
The website says everything is sold out.
Did the product even launch yet?
Awesome wife!! Thanks for the stream bud.. definitely will be picking one of these up... don't want to keep pulling my mistercade out the Cabinet to use on the TV!
ОтветитьRainbow islands and Virtua racing in one stream.... heaven is a mister fpga
Ответитьkeep it up mate you're a legend
ОтветитьDid you tried on 15Khz CRT? And some original controllers via SNAC adapters?
ОтветитьThanks for review
ОтветитьPlease stop talking about personal transactions between you and Taki that's y'all's business we don't need to know.
ОтветитьI own an original like yourself, any benefit over the DE10-Nano to buy this?
ОтветитьProps @mrs PCN. Great stream mate, go give her a hug.
ОтветитьHidden in the sound test of Mega R-Type demo is the alternate version of the Stage 3 music and goddamn it is so ridiculously hard. That French group doing the 'modern' take on the score (Cyberdeous I believe) are on something wild.
ОтветитьWhy is it called Pi?
Ответитьfor christ's sake man it was like pulling teeth to get my company to let me be at home at 5pm to do this. it better be worth it.
ОтветитьCan you recommend a case that'll work for this set up?
ОтветитьWas the cooler fan not working during the stream?
ОтветитьGreat video! What video outputs does this have? Any way to connect directly to a CRT?
ОтветитьTaki MiSTer Pi is less than half the cost of the other MiSTer FPGA devices. C'mon who are we kidding, this is Taki flipping a big middle finger to all of them! 👍
ОтветитьI'm definitely picking one of these up now
