which addon or WA has the large lifeblooms on the grid?

what are those weakauras in the middle , for lifebloom , etc looks sick i need that, and that party frame is that grid2?? and how you put so big icon of lifebloom

From your experience, do you think its possible to atleast vaguely predict which healer class is going to be meta or good from looking at the scores of early season, say the first two weeks?

Thought I’d main a Druid this time around but switched back to the shammy cause people kept dying in +0s. Shame because I like a lot of things about Druid.
