Make sure your stress levels are low it helps with acne so much! I eat junk food all the time and now that I stop stressing about everything my face is clear

I definitely recommend adapalene if you haven’t tried it, there’s different brand like differen gel and some off brand names but as long as you use it as directed with moisture and sunscreen when you go out it can work really well from my personal experience, you are gorgeous either way but hope this helps!

Try not to use so many product on your skin. For pimpel and acne you can use apple cider vinegar on a cotton pad. For me it helped a lot with my pimples and still don’t have them back❤

Use salicylic acid serum for your acne or adapalene. Salicylic face watch won’t be as effective because you end up having to rinse off the active in the end. Use the serum so you leave it in. All the best. Must support my Filipina sisters. Still very pretty anyway. 🥰🖖

You should try proactive. I have bad acne too and I use it and it’s really good.

I heard theres a water attachment purify thing for sinks (idk if theres some weird set up or if it would help hard to put on or remove) but I was thinking that could help with the water?

I use azelaic acid by the brand cos de Baha for my acne and its helped a lot. I wash my face using zapzyt an acne wash and then tone, then use the azelaic acid and finish my routine. I hope this helps and one day soon you get longer breaks!

Honestly based on stuff that I’ve heard, I think red light on someone’s face is the least crazy thing people see at the hospital 😂

It may not work for you but i found that decreasing dairy content in my diet significantly changed my skin and acne.
Might try eating/drinking less dairy and add more water.
Good luck, acne can be hard to get rid of.

Have you ever tried benzoyl peroxide? Leave it on your face for like less than 10 min. It's the only thing that works for me. I wash my face at night and by morning my pimples are less inflamed. I don't have sensitive skin though.
