$0.17 Fish Aquarium in Rural Sri Lanka

Driving on the outskirts of Polonnaruwa, I discovered an aquarium inside someone's house! Perhaps the better term is "fish farm" but it was cool to see the different types of fish they catch. Morally right or wrong, I believe this operation is fully legal in Sri Lanka (so they're not breaking the law).

One thing is certain... the price of $0.17 a fish is pretty unbeatable!
