Very few vehicles have the torque and balance to do so. In this case, one would need to put something underneath for the rear wheels once the nose is up (logs, sandbags, rocks, whatever) to finish the job and get the rear up without touching the frame. That’s incredibly useful if you are in some remote off road situation to avoid getting stuck. Without the ability to climb with the front wheels in the first place, that wouldn’t be possible. Considering this is a vehicle intended for off road use in military missions, this means the vehicle is an excellent choice for hills, huge holes, steep roads and the like. Here’s your answer.

The only way you can disagree is by posting a video of another vehicle that is capable of climbing a wall taller than the length of its chassis, which would require 1) the same torque ability to climb with the front wheels and 2) the ability to defy the law of physics to get the rear wheels up without anything underneath to raise the chassis. Y’all should just learn and STFU
