But if you add 100g of carbs into the mix and you'll become fat quick. CICO is a myth, and you're just simply wrong.

Main reason I have to cut carbs tounder 20g a day (I'm 200 lbs) is because anytime I eat carbs I go into eating frenzy. with every bite, I feelhungrier. Sometimes it gets so terrible and I start shaking. i’ve had my glucose measured multiple times and I’m not diabetic. but there is certainly something wrong. but I know at least a few other people who experience the same type of reaction to sugar and carbs. The question is do I need carbs to help with mussle growth?

I actually eat more carbs than protein, and have built more muscle, I used to eat too much protein and not enough carbs, was smaller, weaker, carried too much water weight even though I was skinny, had no energy, my digestion was terrible, now my body digests more protein and other nutrition I need, building a better physique and getting stronger
ОтветитьCalories absorbed - calories burnt = weight gain or loss. It's pretty simple. Lets also not forget that your body burns anywhere between 1600 to 3000 calories a day. Just eat filling foods that have low calories or eat less and be a bit hungry.

ОтветитьI strongly disagree. i have tried keto diet for myself this summer. 12 kg down in 2.5 months. main reason it was so easy to lose weight with keto wasn't the lack of carbs itself.
Cutting carbs completely from your diet massively lowers your apetite, thus making calory intake lower without suffering from constant hunger, i hope this helps anyone wondering if 0 carbs diets are good for weight loss.

ОтветитьI always say, in many countries, if you don't eat carbs, you don't eat. Doesn't make everyone unhealthy. In fact entire cultures are shaped around carbs without bad side effects.
ОтветитьI don't eat carbs because they bloat you, and when I stop eating them I get headaches for like 4 days which tells me my body has become dependent on them in a negative way. But do what works for you.

Eat whole foods animal and plant but not grain, sugar and oil which is the majority of garbage processed food in grocery stores and bread, pasta, frozen pizza, chips, rice, potatoes are all high glycemic and all like eating a cube of butter with a bowl of honey together. Pure fast fuel sugar/starch and oil/fat poured into a whole food digestive system flood the liver snd circulation damaging the liver and the cells.
ОтветитьI believe where a lot of misunderstanding comes from is that it's easier to overeat carbs than any of the other macros. Pasta and white breads aren't as filling as nuts or chicken breast per say. That being said, as long as you are within your macros and calories, it doesn't really matter.

Each time I'd eat a pastry or bread, I'd have tell myself "calm down it's ok, your allowed to have bread and rice. Just let it sit in your stomach, it's ok to be uncomfortable while eating." Sometimes it worked but other times I'd panic and force myself to throw up. After asking a fellow muay thai fighter about carbs, he said it was necessary to have. After watching your video, I feel bad for not looking deeper.

ОтветитьI generally hit my body weight in grams of protein, 1/2 body weight in grams of fat, then fill the rest with carbs. I do this on bulks and cuts and it works wonderfully

ОтветитьCarbs aren't bad they're just storable by the body (proteins aren't) and consumed a lot in most cultures. Same with a lot of things in life, it's easier to add more of a desirable thing than remove an undesirable thing. If you eat mostly carbs, add other food groups in a way you enjoy.

ОтветитьY'all missing the point. It's insulin, fat storing hormone, which activates when you eat lots of carbs. That's why cutting out carbs help you lose weight. Because insulin doesn't prevent it anymore
