Great playing, man...(that song wasn't by Wet Wet Wet originally, it was The Troggs!)
ОтветитьWhat a wonderful demo of those great old acoustic guitars. Super playing and so tasteful. Such appropriate songs from back in the day. I really enjoyed watching that video.
ОтветитьNick Lucas model 1927
ОтветитьNick Lucas
ОтветитьMy guess is the B-25 sold right after this video was posted.
ОтветитьEverything is judiciously tweeked out and in on the microphones and pa ,to help these instruments sound better. That is the standard protocol for a acoustic guitar demo. I would love to hear these guitars played through ear trumpet labs microphones at flat settings. Gibsons are definitely eye candy but more often they do not sound or play as good as they look. So often more than not old guitars like this come with alot of structural problems ,and can be quite costly to repair and maintain. My solution is Alistair atkin guitars. A new guitar that looks, plays, and sounds like a vintage gibson. The little b25 is an awesome little guitar, but not everyone wants a heavily dyed cherry red sunburst guitar.
Ответитьthis man can play music !
ОтветитьThis is one of the most magnificent covers of heart shaped box I’ve ever heard.
Ответитьno one will ever regret buying that gibson B25. just saying.
ОтветитьGotta Say—- Gibson’s Outshined on this great display of Acoustic mastery!!!!
ОтветитьNot Wet Wet Wet. Troggs. Reg Presley...who I used to know .. RIP.
ОтветитьAmazing playing! That Everly brothers guitar! Cowabunga!
ОтветитьI am here for the Heart Shaped Box on a priceless Martin. Wow.
Ответить''From me to you'' was awsome, where can I get the tab?
ОтветитьDon't think that Martin was a 000-18 ... looked smaller, different shape.
ОтветитьI gotta a B-25 1967.
Simply the best studio acoustic guitar.
Plus, the fretboard is sooooo swift and easy to play.
I own many classic great (notably a Martin D-18 1947) but this Gibson is my little gem.
Thanks for the great playing Nathaniel!
Quite a price drop from an $18,300.00 ‘29 to ‘41 Gibson Nick Lucas.
ОтветитьOh the Rain song playing on the D28 is just beautiful
ОтветитьHe's just built different
ОтветитьIf was ever had the chance to make a Gibson I wouldn't have so much pickup - I also think Jackson Browne's no pickguard , spruce top Gibson- no real need for a 14 fret neck. JMHO
ОтветитьYou're a "Lucky Man" Top banana!!!
ОтветитьDon’t those b25s have a plastic bridge, bolted through the soundboard?
Doesn’t detract from the sound if it does mind you!
I'm a lucky maaaaaaan
ОтветитьIf one day Yes needs to replace the great Steve Howe, this is the only man I know who could easily do the job. He's got the chops.
ОтветитьWhat’s that first song he played
ОтветитьQuality player , love these vids , sublime playing
Ответитьha folks
ОтветитьThat B-25 is heavenly ! Balance , detail , harmonics, like butter 😮😊 The vibrations and sustain is mind boggling. To think it was not originally an expensive model .
ОтветитьWhat is the first song he plays on the D28e
ОтветитьA pretty arrogant claim to say you are the 'greatest guitar store on earth'...isn't it. Typical fucking American I suppose!!!!!!!
ОтветитьThat rendition of Rain Song was so tender and lovely, nice one Nick.
ОтветитьGibson Nick Lucas.
ОтветитьWhat a wonderful video.
ОтветитьPlease more of this, this is absolutely fabulous!!!! 💓
ОтветитьNathaniel, I will buy your album…….come on CME or all you producers out there, make it so
ОтветитьGreat guitars and amazing playing, as always from Nathaniel! Anybody knows what pick (the red one..brand and thickness) was used? Thank you!
ОтветитьB-25s are way underrated.
ОтветитьPAY THIS MAN MORE. please.
ОтветитьNathan, you're a fuckin monster mate. Brilliant.
ОтветитьThat D-25 was incredible. Also helps this that Nathaniel just makes guitars just sing. His playing is out of this world. I just amazed at how many songs he has in his head.
