✨ EXERCISE ROUTINE ✨
5 Sets of 10 Different exercises
20 seconds of [Exercise A], followed by 10 seconds rest, then immediately jumping into 20 seconds of [Exercise B]. [Set] is completed when you repeat [Exercise A] and [Exercise B] twice, in the pattern of A - B - A - B. Move on to the next [Set] and repeat.

1. A) Squats → B) High Knees
2. A) Lying Leg Lift → B) Jumping Jacks
3. A) Reverse Lunge → B) Mountain Climbers
4. A) Squat Jump → B) Burpee
5. A) Squat Side Kick → B) Pop Squat

BONUS : For an extra burn (and what I accidentally ended up doing for this video), repeat this entire routine for a total of 2 times through.
