This workout consist of 8 exercises performed back to back in a circuit form for lower body and abs . The only thing you need to perform these exercises is a TRX suspension trainer and your own body weight, caution this workout is killer .

This Workout can be done anytime anywhere, just takes 5 mins u decide the kind of results you want to get because the more sets you do the faster you get results, how many 5 mins you can give yourself? I would recommend to do 3 to 5 sets of these workouts to achieve optimum benefits with a balanced diet and rest.
