Enough alcohol. More dispensaries.
ОтветитьWell. Yeh. Because they’re expensive and usually only purchased for the novelty of trying something new. They usually don’t taste good enough to buy several of..
Also, more people are drinking liquor/liquor & diet soda, because sugar is toxic.
Nasty beer
ОтветитьI think main reason why there was a boom was due to taprooms. A few years ago, you could get a pint for $6-7. Now you get a 13 ounce goblet for $9. No reason to go anymore. I rather just buy a 4 pack and drink it at home.
ОтветитьMaybe people are expecting more from their Breweries. The beer at many of these is mediocre at best.
ОтветитьTbh, looking from other side of the gulf american craft beer scene has seemed quite like insanity. All those hot dog/popcorn/cotton candy artificial flavored beers and no taste for tradition. Then again it's hard to compete with european classics especially if your country has no beer tradition or taste.
ОтветитьDon’t serve crappy beer and you’ll be all good 😂😂😂
ОтветитьCraft Brew in only failing in DEMOCRAT controlled crime filled cities.....you morons voted for their destructive policies....so now you lose your local brewery.....HAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
Ответитьcraft burr
ОтветитьThere are too many breweries. Can’ t remember the last time I bought a craft beer and when I did it was a single bottle. I left beer entirely in 2020 for whiskey.
ОтветитьToo many carbs and calories and too expensive. We eat greasy tasty food, its hard to drink a high calorie and carb drink let alone pay more for it.
ОтветитьWe brew our own, and lots of it.
Ответитьthe industry has matured! Exactly! Consumer have a great choice of excellent craft beers. So some low key brewers making pear flavored lagger won't survive. You have to brew really good fresh hop classical American sorts like Pale Ale, Hazy IPA, Amber lager. So IMHO it's hard to compete with capitals of brewing culture such as Boston and Portland, OR. They're on different level, the the enjoyment of consumers.
However still plenty of room to grow in Pilsener and Kolsch category. I only had one descent Kolsch in the USA over 15 years living here. It was from Occidental brewery in Portland. And sorry not a single good pilsener. Better drink Eastern European Pilsener from Lithuanian
