2024 National Day of Prayer | "Spirituality is above politics": Dr Jane Mufamadi

Freedom Park CEO Dr Jane Mufamadi speaks to SABC News anchor Maageketla Mohlabe about the importance of the National Day of Prayer.

She says South Africans are spiritual people and spirituality is above politics as it is the backbone of society.

Gauteng Traffic Police meanwhile say routes such as the Soweto Highway, Golden Highway, Nasrec Road and Booysens Road have been closed to traffic for the duration of the event.

Officials have urged motorists to use alternative routes.
