Pichi Richi Railway: Afghan Express

On the 19th of April 2014 the return movement of Pichi Richi Railway's Afghan Express included two extra cars (NIA36 and NILPENA). These two cars were required for the following weekends special ANZAC Afghan, so had to be taken down the week before. It was a rare occurrence to have Nilpena out on the mainline, let a lone on an Afghan Express service.
