What Is Kotak Neo | A NEO Way To Trade | Features & More

Extremely disappointing experience with Kotak Neo! The app is full of issues — charts keep freezing, and buying/selling requires clicking multiple times in different places, making it overly complicated compared to apps like Groww. It lags a lot and fails to provide real-time data, especially during high volatility. The price at which we place orders is often far from the actual execution price. Opening charts for options during trading is a lengthy and frustrating process. Overall, a terrible app for trading. Needs serious improvements!

Hey Kotak, it has been a whole year since this video and over 6 months since you have mentioned on other comments that GTT trades will be available on Neo soon but there's still no sight of it

How can I place GTT Order in Kotak NEO (app or website)?

It's a very rudimentary system. No good till order functionality which is a standard feature in all other trading systems

Why dont you offer sme ipo's ??

I am very much happy with the current kotak securities app user interface and experience so just make this older app perfect dont want to keep learning and getting used to newer changes, apps and websites every year 🙏

The report or realised gain does not show the bifercation of short term and long term which the earlier app used to show

GTT order is still not available . If you switch to NEO there is no way you can place a GTT order , not even through web. So if you are someone who cannot track the markets everyday do not switch to Neo . I have no option left but to liquidate my portfolio and create the same positions with some other broker .

Most useless platform you can ever trade, no help, no explanations, no changes, all crap. Anyone reading it please donot fall in trap. It is one hell of platform which is as good as blank white board. The person who designed and executed this platform was either blind or was retard. There is nothing in this platform. Please please donot work on this outdated 1980 model platform.

Bogus app

All the features are worthless because one can not see the share name and share price due to its basic necessity means fonts and digits are very very small and thin. It starts watering from eyes while watching and trading.

I would suggest KOTAK to learn from the broker PUNCH how to simplify UI

kotak neo is not having good interface for option trading. For options, we need single click chart view, single click buy and sell, single click option chain in the same windows, simple order and position view similar to its competitors. Pls provide

Kotak is cheaper ..but ..it has lot of issues..hang..trades do not get executed some times for 3 hrs..then.wouthou your knowledge those orders get executed on next day ..I lost heavily.. It hapoend on 25-09-2023..from 9.17am. ( whole day ( though cash came ).but orders were executed on 26 -09 2023.. Jab problem hota hai..sab gayab..customer support too no response at that time..

Kotak Sec., app for IOS drains my iPhone battery, Developer please update the app..

you need to improve your web neo, there is no option of custom settings, and you can use whole screen of pc for app, why your app only in the center of page. you can utilise the remaning space for additional features on singale page.
i can ony add 7 watchlists on neo. why not more watchlists?

is great but web platform must be improved. its lagging in price update and chart update and its not smooth as kite Zerodha.

Kotak take much time to see positions after taking position and exit take also half of profit cut due to slippage 😢😢
