I love this series you guys put out way more than the modern stuff. Don't get me wrong, they're great too, but the fun banter about these silly old films are just really fun podcasts. Look forward to them every week.

Since when is Tolkien being a bad writer controversial it's probably the second thing you hear about the book series after the OMG he made languages for these books line.

I would like to recommend the episode "Enchanted Forest" from the show Smiling Friends that very faithfully recreated the Bilbo character from these animated films. Although his character arc is quite different.

Oh man, hearing Monte rightfully being excited about Uzumaki really stings now that we know that pretty much all the budget went to the first episode, it was made by several studios and the animation in the second episode is soo bad it turned everyone away
