Ahhh 70's & 80's digitals, the awkward early years 👍
Stratos Prototype, one of the best looking wedge cars ever made !
Thanks very much for the exhaustive research you did to make this short doco 👍😆
First to comment. I won the race! 😄 Great video as always, my friend!
ОтветитьYes I can remember when the all came out Casio are king of the digital watch in my Opinion
ОтветитьRIP Riccardo Paletti.
ОтветитьMax Webber :-)
ОтветитьYes I’m an idiot and called mark Webber max Webber - too much political theory …
ОтветитьHere we go! I'm up way too early for a day off work, might as well watch this video 4 or 5 times. Thanks IW!!!
Ответить90s style was so so. They needed more Giugiaro.
ОтветитьI didn't know Senna was a Casio guy...
Thanks for the info.✌😎
They just dont make them like they used to... Thanks for sharing Gordon! There are so many cool watches out there! Just goes to show you that digital are just as cool as mechanical.
ОтветитьThank you for taking the time to make this.
ОтветитьYay! I have been waiting for this one!
Ответитьfantastic video, excellent work!
ОтветитьCan’t go wrong with a G-shock. In the words of Guy Martin, “It works a trick, it does.”
ОтветитьWow, this video is perfect because it combines my two passions, motorsport from the 70s, 80s and 90s and vintage digital watches. Forever Toivonen!!
ОтветитьAnother enjoyable video from you thanks 💯 But you forgot the mention about the Casio F-91W that was attached to the steering wheel of Micheal Schumacher when we were driving for the Benetton F1 team.
ОтветитьYou’re right, we love it, and we can’t find it anywhere else 🏁
ОтветитьI REALLY need a Seiko Speedmaster now!!! Superbly researched vid 🙌🏼
ОтветитьNICE Video!
ОтветитьGreat video, I am a big fan of the GP casquette, thanks for sharing
ОтветитьSolid stuff, mate! I was enlightened and entertained!
ОтветитьFantastic, so many cool watches in this video.
ОтветитьCrazy stuff, those Seiko Speedtimers are cool, as well as the more restrained Gshock drift pieces, but that meat coloured Casio for Toyota really took the Huntley & Palmers.......there was one watch missing...........
ОтветитьAnother fantastic video Gordon and timed perfectly for that start of the new F1 season 🏎️
It’s easy to forget now most marques having a tie in with luxury mechanical watch brands that in the 70s, 80s and 90s the height of technology for watches was digital which is much more inline with the pinnacle of motorsport.
I really wish Seiko still did the SBJG003. Such a cool watch but they go for mega money now used. Maybe one day 💸
Yes! Your Autodromo watch looks brilliant!
ОтветитьThat pulsar looks more expensive than it is.
But 49mm and 120g... sheesh. that's big even for me.
Ah, and Pulsar has apparently gone completely under. What a shame.
Very interesting, i was thought that Ayrton Senna weared a tag heuer watch, because he was the face of tag heuer quite a long time. It looks he was a casio fan like i am. By the way, sport connection watches! Lotus (i mean lotus watches) have very nice authentic range with Marc Marquez.
ОтветитьIk reviews aren't really your thing but I can't find any autodromo group c watch reviews anywhere and it would be great if you did one. I'm finding it hard to justify the price. But awesome videos I love so much of them
ОтветитьFantastic informative video again and digital watches in motor racing. Some really nice watches shown here.
ОтветитьI have all the different Bertone Stratos led watches, they are truly special!
ОтветитьGreat Video and very well documented 👍
Ответитьthis channel has sparked a newfound appreciation for digital watches in me. keep up the good work!
Ответитьawesome video!!! racing and digital watches!
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video! Why didn’t I find this sooner
ОтветитьAutodromo group c!!
