I watched you 4 years ago and helped me
But now I do Mo Norman
Todd Graves teaches it
Way better
Takes variables out of swing easy on body
Straighten those legs. 1 more less variable.
ОтветитьMy golf league starts April 2 show me the way my friend from the other side of the ocean!!😂😂
ОтветитьMoe Norman swing. He was doing this 60 years ago. He couldn't hit crooked. Watch Moe Norman videos.
ОтветитьI found this swing by accident and I got the same results. Everything was dead straight and sold impact. Dropped 10 strokes the first time I tried it. This is my new swing. It is a real cheat code.
ОтветитьShades of Moe Norman
ОтветитьPaddy Harrington says you must use your hands.
High hands points the face right. Lie angles will be all out by a significant amount.
Not releasing the club robs speed.
Are you still playing this way, Steve? Is this Eureka 2.0? :)
ОтветитьKurt Junge is the best single pane instructor IMO.
ОтветитьHi Steve thanks for this great content. I am trying this technique since some weeks but I suffer with a hook (20 yards with 7 iron ). According to trackman my Club face is quite square just slight close …😮
ОтветитьSingle plane swing?? Moe Norman like! I use stack and tilt, not going to change now as it works for me. Always good to see s new or slightly modified way to swing a club.
ОтветитьDo you tend to align your feet left of target, or more open? I've been doing single plane for over a year and that's the only way I can reliably hit to target
ОтветитьIt's now 4 months later. Steve us not using this swing. At all. Why? Eureka didn't work?
Maybe this video needs an update?
👎
ОтветитьHello Steve, I was amazed at how straight you are hitting balls with this new element added….are you sticking with this Moe Norman/Todd Graves hands up technique in your Eureka Golf Swing?
ОтветитьAre you using the Eureka setup?
ОтветитьTrying to transition to this set up and swing but feel like my shorter irons are too flat a lie now? Is that possible?
ОтветитьSimilar to Moe Norman & Todd Graves
ОтветитьThe package is available at Setup4impact golf.
ОтветитьSo you've discovered Setup4impact golf!
Ответитьwill not function for people who lack core stability and have weak forearms.
ОтветитьWell you’ve just made the change I’ve made. It’s the Kirk Junge “Set up 4 impact” method. Combination of moe and Bryson and a little stack and tilt. Easyist swing in golf. You should give Kirk some credit. It is a great method.
Great video 😊
It all makes perfect sense.
ОтветитьMagic
ОтветитьMoe Norman owns this swing
ОтветитьActually looks quite normal. When we take our grip we should always hold the club with our left hand and arch our wrist out to the ball. Then we can place our right hand on the club from under the shaft. And, we should always grip the club lightly when we first place our hands on the ball. Then, when we raise our position, to look up to the target, the weight of the clubhead will press the handle up against the heel pad of the hand. This helps to ensure that the hand is fully extended.
ОтветитьSteve, a comment and questions. This seems similar to “the Heard Super Swing” without the strong grip. I remember you doing the Stack and Tilt series. Which of these two swings would you use and would the weight forward thought work with this swing? Also, with this swing, do you simply open and close face to fade and draw the ball? Thanks
ОтветитьAfter a fairly strong finish to a round yesterday, thinking, maybe I’ve finally nailed it (appreciating very few ever have actually ‘nailed it’)…I come across this.
Tried it hitting into a net and never struck it so pure 😱
…looks like I’m starting all over again 🤣
Moe Norman..Todd Graves...tutorial
ОтветитьHello Moe Norman 😊 now you need alter all your clubs, thicker grips and more upright lie angle a couple degrees, etc.
ОтветитьThis looks like single plane swing
ОтветитьLess moving parts = better golf. Brilliant!
ОтветитьI swing like this and at the age of 65 I shot a 77 this week from the white tees. It is very accurate from 100 yards and in. Pin hunt with this swing.
ОтветитьWhat happened to your distance with driver and irons? Obviously didn't hurt Bryson's!
Ответитьwhats the eureka golf swing youre refrencing mate, gonna give this a try, were are you playing? fellow scotsman here, all the best bud keep it coming ❤
ОтветитьThis golf swing is based on moe norman, the greatest ball striker, check videos by todd graves - student of moe Norman's technique
ОтветитьDo your clubs heads need to b built more upright when swinging like this
ОтветитьThe one thing I noticed in your swing is that both your feet and shoulders seem to be aimed far to the left. Is this just something you figure out to tune the swing to get the ball going where you intend or is there a starting point I should try when setting up for this type of swing?
ОтветитьDang it Steve...now I've got to go to the range tomorrow and try this! 🤯
ОтветитьGood stuff, Moe Norman way. I've been playing like this for 20 years, the missing piece is feeling like the right arm is going to the target or pointing the club at the target same thing. I'm in my fifties and play to a 3 hdcp. This is the easiest way to play good golf most of the time. Watch some of Moe's videos and listen to what he says about the right arm. That's the secret to golf, I believe. Good Luck have fun
ОтветитьFunny thing... I discovered all this info on my own at the range this past month and then I come across this video and its everything I'm applying.....my game has improved greatly...thanks for reinforcing my discovery.
ОтветитьI've seen a few videos demonstrating this technique and having tried it, it has one big flaw in my view. With the hands being high, it's very hard to get the clubhead above the hands in the takeaway, so unless your very skilled, this position can cause you to take the club inside and also roll the hands open the backswing. It didn't work for me.
Ответитьabsolute rubbish!
ОтветитьJust look up Moe Norman mate
Ответитьlove the passion 🙂 ... Robin Hood couldn't have shot his arrows any straighter Steve!
ОтветитьThis is a Graves Golf Single Plane swing ala Moe Norman! I took up this swing a year ago.
ОтветитьHi Steve, Great video. I stumbled on this swing thought a couple of weeks ago whilst at the driving range.I was playing around with how the club was sitting behind the ball. Toe up heel up and started hitting the ball with high hands as you say. Suddenly I was hitting my irons much straighter even my 5 iron. I have not taken this swing on to my hybrids or woods but after watching your video I will take it on to my driver which is currently the weak part of my game.
Thanks keep up the great work.
Kirk Junge teaches this impact position at address. It does simplify things.
ОтветитьI just started a month ago. I watches some Bryon videos and tried to mimic his swing. I noticed i was single plane after watching a video of my swing. Im getting just under 300 yards carry with my driver and around 200 with my 4 iron. I have standard grips that are old and warn out and am putting on some large grips to see if it helps my accuracy. Most come out straught but have a tendecy to hook.
