This case has more space than my flat. If possible Arctic 420mm in there would make Mr..Freeze proud :D
ОтветитьLooks like a beast of a case with so much room inside for air circulation. Im liking that mesh front and the 4 fans included is always welcome. Nice one Kolink and thank you Mike and Kath for the review. This is giving me ideas for my next build later this year.
ОтветитьNice case. Very nice.
Priced a bit high but in today's world, what is a good price.
Thanks a lot Mike for showing us this great case.

Ответитьniiiiice
ОтветитьMike's Review is Worthy of a Support comment. Like & a share 🙂
Ответитьdamm im now regretting buying a Antec df700 2 months ago!!
Ответитьwooowwww. that looks good. looks like it should have some better dust filtration then the mATX one
ОтветитьWow I am sold, this looks fantastic! Great video as always.
Ответитьthat GPU looks like a little mouse inside this case xD
my Corsair 4000D Airflow with the extra fans I bought still cheaper than this case lol
Hi Mike. Love your vids!
I am currently on my way to make a gaming computer and hope i can get your input on the case. I want a good and strong airflow while not having the system being noisy.
Should I get the koling Citadel Mesh or MSI MAG Forge 100R ?
You had both in your hands. So hope you will give me some advise.
Also, that id a huuuge case. Shame they did not keep the side hinges
Our Mike has eally switched up, he is now on this late ting. I like to get up and watch Mike in the morning but now I watch at night and there is nothing to watch of a morning. Oh well, I am sure he has his reasons.
ОтветитьHello, what about the temps?
ОтветитьI hope you can review raidmax x616
ОтветитьLike Bandi I am watching this vid at midnight slbeit I modded and now its 355am in uk lol what a massive case, the mboard looks lost in there! Having just cleaned and upgraded d'ters cit f3 i fully appreciate matching a quality case with fans like these. You buy cheap only to spend more in long run. Will check out Matx version for sure. Thanks for sharing Mike and Kath, you sure look like you enjoyed making this review👍🎥
ОтветитьNice looking case with some great features. I agree they dropped the ball a little with the lack of hinged glass panel but nevertheless a worthy addition to their line-up. Thanks for the review.
ОтветитьNow that looks like a fantastic case - the only (very slight) criticism is the position of the I/O usb etc on the right side - which make them difficult to access/see on a lot of set ups. I am tempted to buy one of these though 😀
Thanks Mike for another super in depth review.
No opportunity to buy it, but giving a LIKE anyway.
ОтветитьAwesome review. I'm looking for a case that can take a 280 mm radiator in the top. I really like the RGB fan controller housed in plastic case.
Ответитьgreat case for the price.... i love it ... cheers
ОтветитьMike's in Citadel Heaven! Lol. Looks like a cracking case. My son has the citadel mesh matx case and it's been great so far. The hinged door is a great feature if you are always tinkering around in the case and need access quick. When my son upgrades from matx to ATX this will be on the list. A Great walkthrough Mike 👍
ОтветитьLooks like a great case, if not a little big for us ITX disciples. Great video thanks Mike.
Ответитьthumbs up as norm
ОтветитьTruely solid case Mike 🥰👍😇. Even thou I much much much prefer itx 😉😋. Tbh, given the amount of time it’s been, we haven’t seen a SATA-4 standard (even at 2000+ Mbps) appear. Many people still use SATA devices for storage, game libraries
, production, commercial purposes etc. as network, USB and M.2 standards have dramatically increased their throughput…. So should SATA imo 😇👍🤯.
Hi Mike, great video! Can I fit an Arctic Freezer II 280 AIO top mounted (beeing 6.7mm high)?
ОтветитьSeems like you generic aquarium case from NZXT.
ОтветитьBe worth a look, but £100+ is such a filled market for top cases,at least they have a type-c unlike thr lower fractal pop's!
ОтветитьThe build quality and tooling of this case looks visibly worse than a lot of more known companies at this price like Phanteks, Fractal, Corsair etc...
ОтветитьGreat case! £100 really isn’t that bad in 2022 for a well built case with 4 decent fans hub and remote. Completely agree with the side cut out comment though. A little too messy looking and should have been left blank.
ОтветитьThanks for the Review. Whats the difference between this and the Observatory Z?
ОтветитьVery nice case indeed but still I'm gonna go with the mATX variant because of the limited desk space I'm working with.
ОтветитьThe 140mm Fan support in this price and size class is really awesome!
I kinda dislike the look of "traditional" 3x 120mm fan setups on the front, as they just seem awkwardly small in comparison to the frontal area of most cases. 3x 140 should look really sweet behind that massive mesh panel.
Is this better then the Kolink Observatory Y Mesh aRGB Midi-Tower?
ОтветитьIve just bought this case and the fan hub has left me very confused, is there any in depth vids you could point me to for this controller ? Cheers Mike ;o/)
ОтветитьI was planning to mount the DeepCool LS720 AIO on the top of the case. On their website for this specific AIO there is a diagram that shows the exact length of the Radiator (402mm). Would this AIO be compatible for this case for a top mount configuration? @mikesunboxing
ОтветитьThis channel is so underrated ... Great job as always mike, I too have been hoping for a case like this, I love the mATX version, I kinda wish this had the hinged TG panel same as the mATX version. I also wish there was a non RGB value variant, I've got all the fans I need already, and the RGB just makes this cost more than what it could :)
I understand that the cutouts on the PSU shroud aren't going to appeal to everyone, but I do think they serve a purpose, as the bottom fan blows air into the PSU shroud, while the PSU intakes air from below the case, this allows the air to escape from there, and might potentially have a noticeable effect on a vertically mounted GPU. When I save up enough to get the case and migrate it I'm gonna test this hypothesis and try to remember to post my findings here :)
I love how the front IO was repositioned, on the mATX it was actually at the front of the top panel, instead of the side, which prevented you from mounting three 120mm fans, which would have fit on the inside of the case, not on the outside though cause of the way the front panel is designed. Is this still the case for 140mm fans on the outside of the case, does the front panel impede on installing them that way? Also, speaking of the front panel, on the mATX version it was quite tough to remove, here you've cut out the section when you remove it, is it as tightly secured as with the mATX case?
Is it better than Kolink Citadel Mesh?
ОтветитьThe pc I am looking at has this case with a 480super in it and after your review I am going for it. Thanks again it looks really good ❤.
ОтветитьHi! I know this is an old video, but did you end up checking the 420 AIO clearance? I'm looking to get one of these to squeeze my Arctic LFIII 420 into, and I was wondering if it would be okay.
