I'm currently losing a lot of weight and am looking to gain muscle whilst doing so. I personally would prefer not to go to a gym. Would this do the job needed despite like you said it not being better tham the gym?

Just a thought could you not put your feet on the bar and do some form of leg press? Like the reverse setup when you were doing your seated rows kinda?

I can't find the 120kg "pro grade" one on their website ? It looks like the only way to get the 120kg resistance is to buy extra bands for another £54.99 which is over half the price of the full set ?? Could you tell me how you got the pro grade one plz .

I've just bought one and think it's a decent bit of kit , plenty of resistance for most exercises depending on what your goals are but bench press for example once your on full resistance the only way to progress is more reps , shame they don't do heavier bands , good video by the way 👍

How heavy in weight or pounds is that set?

Literally gonna buy this prob. I been a gym goer for years and I'm pretty damn strong but I've stopped after I had a couple kids and changed job, house etc. Now I have such limited time I need one of these.

How do the weights go up? As in dumbells at my gym start from 2kg and then to 4kg then to 6kg. Does this band machine go up like that?

Good video but can you tell me how to install the resistance band on the belt ? The instructions say "stretch and band and plug into the belt pocket" - but where is this "belt pocket"? Thanks/

Hi are the handles cloth attached to metal or is it metal holding metal? I recently purchased cheap resistance bands which have double stitched cloth hooked to metal and it snapped because it weakens over time therefore how are these attached ? Are they strong would you trust them from snapping . I definitely going to buy a set but need to know if they going to take alot of wear and tear thanks

How do you not what weight your lifting with adding or taking off the bands mate.

Don’t buy gym pro luxe, it’s a Chinese rip off of an American design, “innostar” is the legit company and it’s cheaper too.. I only found out after trying to return the products I purchased. I was told their inventory is “priced to sell” and they won’t allow returns or refunds.

The max bands on that device, what would you say it feels like in regards to equivalent weight on a barbell? You Said it's 120kg of resistance but does it feel like benching 120kg? If not what KG does it feel like benching?
