Gottschalk - Symphonie romantique, "La nuit des tropiques" (2/2)

One of the finest performances I've yet to find of this piece!

While being aware for years of a composer by that name this is the first time being exposed to his music. Amazing!

Both parts are too beautiful for words. This one pre-dates Gershwin Cuban overture by some decades. "La nuit des tropiques".

This is my favorite Gottschalk piece.
