turismo r should be budget car for super imo, if hsw is turned off turismo r is so easy to get a top 3 placement with, but emerus is greatest car in whole game the way it carries speed around corners compare to Krieger is unmatched

For off-roads I would actually consider the Nightshark when we talk about 'budgeting.'

Purely for racing it is definitely outshined by the Draugur, but holistically the Nightshark is one of the best "defensive" vehicles in all GTA online. If you're not going to buy an off-roader specifically for racing, then I'd recommend a Nightshark and you can always snag a BF400 later if you want to get sweaty.

The bf400 should not be put in off-road class but just in the motorcycles class

Came back to this video after getting the Vivante. Don't waste your money this video is just wrong. It is slower than most suvs even with hsw. It takes FOREVER to get going and it's top speed is nowhere close to other cheaper suvs without HSW. Get the baller std
