Carefree of Colorado's Memory Pitch Technology

This is a TERRIBLE company! Their RV awnings are dangerous and unreliable. Their customer service is nonexistent. Their response to their Dealer network is abysmal. I’ve been dealing with a defective awning for the entire time I’ve owned my RV. Currently, we’re pushing a month sitting in the repair shop, waiting for Carefree of Colorado.

Aren't these used on all of the grand design toy haulers?

Not a happy camper with my Carefree jayco awning, I bent one of the small bars and they wont sell them so I have to spend over $1200 to replace both entire arms, that sucks!

Hmm 6.....our Travel'r says no more than 2 and there's only 5 I think. One is 20ft one is 12ft.
