Definitely more selective with my purchases, buying more what I like, and trying to be more realistic and conscious with the purchases. Given, I haven’t dived into a lot of the trends you said (especially the more expensive ones), and thank god I haven’t (so much money there), but it shows everyone live and learns. Nice to dive into something different and it’s ok to move forward.

We’re on the same page when it comes to fitted hats. I jumped on the crazy color combo hats and bought a few and never ended up wearing them. I’m so comfortable with the on-field caps and they’re simplicity that I never even wore the other hats I bought. That hit home

It’s true, I always just resort to my simple basics. All these trends have their time and place tbh, honestly you can’t rock them everyday, but it’s dope to rock a vintage shirt or a cropped tee. It all depends on your mood and what your feeling like.

for the past 5-7 years all I wear for the most part is athleisure wear. sweats, champion mesh shorts and etc with a mixture of some designer hoodies depending on the brand, new fitted hats, never really got into designer kicks. I try to keep it simple. I will never stop buying bape tho.

Really glad that I stopped following any trends since 2015. On my early 20's by that time and everywhere I looked, everyone looks the same lol. The saturation is a major turn off and decided to just go plain and comfortable.

Functionality and proportions are the only things really worth focusing on at this stage, If one pair of shoes can be worn for 10 different activities, they are very much worth my money

Fitteds are so hit and miss for me now. Being an actual sports fan, especially baseball, i cant ever find hats i genuinely like just because people buy them up in seconds just for the fashion sense of it. And im not going to drop 150 on a hat. And the quality of sizing is a nightmare, they need to focus on consistent sizing rather than dookie colorways no one wants.

I only crop the tee if it fits me like a tall tee. Usually get a shirt that fits me well and crop it to that size. There have been times I over cropped and threw that jawn away .
