Our Weekends at Home Mom Life of Two

Walking is something I would love to try to do, at least on the weekends. I work at 8am and wake up at 6am and already have a morning routine and don’t want to include walking during that time unless it’s the weekends! :)

I couldn't believe how strongly she was holding her head xx I've been using a walking app and feel so much better I'm on day 111 and my joints feel better . I still need to improve my diet more but Rome wasn't built in a day as they say! Loving your beauty shows and have tweaked my own routine and someone said the other day my eyes were popping! That's good apparently lol ❤xx little Liam does love his bubbles and my grandchildren do too! Zx

My Grandma is stoked for me to get to day 100 been counting with her & it’s so healthy & transforming & simple. Praying for you to feel no pressure but able to keep consistent for just a lifestyle of it type mentality that God had me think it’s like natural to everyday need to eat sleep walk (even in the rain in Canada ha)💛🍯☀️Love u so much & so blessed by the videos all these years!!! & Thanks for being so friendly to us like we’re all friends!!💞

I walk every night from 630p-715p. I also live in Florida. I walk with an ice pack around my neck. Good luck with the health journey.

Definitely Mindy and Larry’s decision but I couldn’t help but notice that we are back on pause from actually getting to see the kiddos faces anymore. It was great being able to see the vlogs come to life with Liam being fully present he’s so much toddler fun.
