Am I the only one who thinks Otake-san kind of weaponized her kindness. I mean she reads like the church grandmas who fed the entire neighborhood growing up, and claimed every kid in that neighborhood as one of theirs’. Jokes aside, I suspect she was actually HEAVILY abused by her parents to be THIS nice.
The whole "I don't want to be asshole like my parents" trope. It's a legit psychological thing, and the abused give either be basically invisible, or when abused enough, see the horrors of humanity and become the thing they don't want people to feel. She was EXTREMELY abused.
