Correction, there WAS hope in/for humanity. Not in this modern age
ОтветитьI love how the more distressed the employer gets the more mussed the kimono gets.
ОтветитьYou call this Buddha like hardworking and just person. I call this a smart woman who understood the power of malicious compliance to slavery 😂 All while actually also caring about her surroundings.
She earned that freedom with her very own effort. I commend her for it. Honestly, looking at the world now, more employers and rulers should have feared to set up abusive systems. Just look at the mess we're in now.
You're my crush- smart & gorgeous. ❤
ОтветитьThis is great story telling 😂❤
ОтветитьDo you have more information on her lineage?
ОтветитьThese!! These right here is what we should all inspire to be!!! Even if we're not close its the fact that your putting in that work!
ОтветитьFrom start, it already sounded like bodhisatva
ОтветитьI am an Otake. Im trying to see if she is a part of my genealogy. So if you know more please let me know. My grandmother and grandfather were very much like this. I have a story that is amazing of them during Pearl Harbor. I would love to share this story with you. .
Ответить😂😂😂😂😂😂 i love how you narrative the whole history to the comedy summary😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьAm I the only one who thinks Otake-san kind of weaponized her kindness. I mean she reads like the church grandmas who fed the entire neighborhood growing up, and claimed every kid in that neighborhood as one of theirs’. Low key those same children were some of the best behaved on the block, lest their’ conduct reflected badly on grandma.
ОтветитьThis story should be reminded and told throughout each company and black companies in Japan. This is like the Sword of Damocles in a way, haha.
Ответитьthe case of Osaka is most certainly the exception more than the rule, in more ways than one, no less
ОтветитьLegendary work ethic. Black companies would've told her to tone it down if she were here in modern times and she were unfortunate enough to be employed by one.
ОтветитьI love your explanations of these stories & myths
ОтветитьJokes aside, I suspect she was actually HEAVILY abused by her parents to be THIS nice.
The whole "I don't want to be asshole like my parents" trope. It's a legit psychological thing, and the abused give either be basically invisible, or when abused enough, see the horrors of humanity and become the thing they don't want people to feel. She was EXTREMELY abused.
We need more fear of karma in America, I think.
ОтветитьWhy are you so nice? It's because you're god isn't it?
ОтветитьAnother great story. I'm so glad you made this channel! Thank you! ❤
Ответить“She’s a reincarnation of Buddah”
“That tracks”
You are a really good story teller
ОтветитьNice story but wow Japanese employers today are really not scared of being massacred by karma huh
ОтветитьHer employer was afraid to be literally killed by kindness 😳😳😳🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьSpirited away was Together with Toy Story THE Movie of my Childhood! I still get tears in my eyes when I listen to one summer day! Which I am going to do Right Now! ❤
Ответить😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьThis is the best story I’ve heard all year! The employer living in abject terror is beyond hilarious!
Ответить😂😅😮❤
ОтветитьHow over the top does one have to be recognized in Japan as "over the top"?😶
ОтветитьIsn't that more self harm than being nice? 😮
ОтветитьI had been asked by boses to work slowly because we don’t have enough orders to keep my rithm and we something to do on Friday.
ОтветитьWonderful story.
Ответитьthis is so sweet
ОтветитьSis really make her slavist employer go:
"Uugh yamete kudasaiiii😫😫"
What a power movement😹🤌
The employer give two meal a day, that really generous. Most employer usually only give one meal a day
ОтветитьI love your dramatizations. You could do some great voice acting.
ОтветитьAnother item is going on my bucket list.
ОтветитьI was in the area and I didn't know about the temple...sigh. Next time ;)
ОтветитьThe only time I'll be saying. I was born in the wrong generation.
ОтветитьThat was her plan all along; terrifying her employer 😂😂. The diety business was just a perk
Ответить"Daily subscription of poetic justice" is a genius line!
ОтветитьYou portray her boss as having to invent brand new phrases just to convey the clenchedness of his lower region, and it's selling his utter existential terror so well. Your content is amazing, and really gripping too!
Ответить😅
😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
And they say being nice doesn’t pay off
Ответить..HA HA HA HA HA !
ОтветитьThe dramatization here was scrumptious
ОтветитьI love that movie
ОтветитьMeanwhile in American folklore, we have John Henry, a man who stood up for worker's rights against the mechanization of industry...and then summarily died of a heart attack in a race against a machine to prove who could do the job better.
The difference being, In japanese folklore, karma attacks people that are bad because that's right. In American folklore, it attacks the worker because shut up and get back to work.
I love this guy
ОтветитьCan you take on explaining Tomoe Gozen??
ОтветитьMy mom showed me this recently 😂
