First house is gorgeous! I haven’t got to the price of it yet! Here in central Illinois in the community I am from this house would be in the neighborhood of 750,000-850,000 I would say. And that’s without the amenities. If it was in a community with the amenities you are about to mention it would be well over a million dollars. Can’t wait to see the price haha

I live in the Berkshire community in north Fort Worth and these houses aren’t much nicer then the one I live in and the area I live in is much nicer how are these houses 300k plus more than mine ? I need to get an appraisal lol

This suburban stuff is so sad, and lonely-making. Go to the third place community theater, you don't need your own private mall.
