Tip for connecting tube with the airstone: Dip the end of the tube in hot water first, it will be more pliable :) Another thing I'd add is to sand paper the edges, but that is purely ocd on my part :D Great vid!

If you put newly rooted seedlings in, how would the water reach the roots since the roots will be too short to reach the water at the bottom of the cups?  Does the medium in the cups draw the water up to the top or something?

Dude never change your water once a week. LOL Just run one week with top up water and one week do nutrients. Don't do nutrients every week. Never dump your rez..

Why are you using such big air stones for such a small system?

I've looked everywhere for the 'tubing quick connects'.  Can you post a link?  Also, I get an SQL error when I try to go to your forum.

one thing ill say, you dont necessarily want the water that high, you should be relying on the bubbles to encourage the roots to track down the water especially in the early stages, if your cube gets soggy your main stems will rot. and seedlings dont drink enough to get the water line down. you can do that once they establish more and are drinking a reliable amount but id suggest a line of clay balls on the bottom so your cube doesnt ever sit in the water. If you get the right buckets/pots you can water from the top when you top up which will encourage more roota to sprout from higher up the net pot
