Cooking with Randy - Fiesta Burger Grilled Over Charcoal

We were having a cookout for a birthday party Saturday and Karen brought a dip made of black beans, corn and medium salsa. All of the sudden we got the bright idea to mix hamburger with the dip and grill it so that is how the Fiesta Burger was created. When these ideas occur one doesn't know if they are good or not until you try it and that's the fun of it.
