I just got this but every time I wear it it makes my baby spit up. It must be pressing against his tummy too tight. Any tips to prevent this?

I have a large bust and an 18 month old that I need to carry for naps while at work. Any recommendations? I have an ergo baby and it's SO uncomfortable and painful and baby wraps or ring slings never worked for us
