I remember YEARS ago Garry Tonon made a post about Ffion saying he had just rolled with her and she was something special and to watch what she does. I think she was a blue belt still training in Wales. her rise over that time has been truly inspiring and epic to see.

One thing I noticed about Ffion is that she has very flexible and agile feet, and is always on her toes. I started paying more attention to my feet, working my strength and flexibility, and it's really made a difference in my game.
